 District Computer Society, Gopalganj offers the Basic computer course to those who have hunger thirst in area of computer education. With moderate fee, experienced faculties, intensive coaching, individual attention

 

District Level Committee: District Level Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted for monitoring the progress and status of the project in the district.

Objective: This Course is designed to aim at imparting a basic level appreciation programme for the common man. After completing the Course the incumbent is able to use a Computer for basic purposes of preparing his/her personnel/business letters, viewing information on internet (the Web), sending mails, preparing his/her business presentations, playing games etc. This allows a common man or housewife to be also a part of Computer users list. This would also aide the PC penetration programme. This helps the small business communities, housewives to maintain their small accounts using the Computers and enjoy in the world of Information Technology. This Course is more practical oriented.

 

                                                   COURSE ON COMPUTER CONCEPTS: (CCC)

Duration: 4 MONTHS - (Daily 2 Hours) 1 HOUR THEORY AND 1 HOUR PRACTICLES

Pre-requisites: Since this is a Course on Computer Appreciation, no pre-requisite course is needed. However, it is expected that the person has some elementary knowledge of English language.

          DIPLOMA IN  COMPUTER APLICAITONS (DCA)

Duration: 9 MONTHS (Daily 2 Hours) 1 HOUR THEORY AND 1 HOUR PRACTICLES

Pre-requisites: Minimum Education qualifation for DCA is 12th pass with 50 % marks (45% for ST/ST).

HOW TO APPLY : The application form and prospectus can be obtained from any District Computer Centre Society, V.M Inter College Campus, Gopalganj, on payment of  `35/- in cash. The application form should be filled in by the candidates carefully and completely and submit at District Computer Centre Society.
 

Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuous monitoring and evaluation shall be done by District Computer Society Periodic Examinations will be conducted and results will be announced.

 

                                    

Award of Certificates: On successful completion of the course the students will be awarded the certificates by the District Computer Society.

DISCIPLINE: Scrupulous observance of the rules of the Institute is required from the students. No sort of indiscipline will be tolerated.

ATTENDANCE: A minimum of 85% attendance is compulsory to appear for the final examination.

 

Certificates will be issues based on

  • Final Examination.
